Word: Turning A Broken Story Into God’s Glory

Saints of God, the enemy is after what you are carrying. In Genesis 3:15, the Lord told Eve that He would put ‘enmity between the serpent and the woman’. Thus, there is a war going on for what we have in our ‘belly’. How many times have you asked or wondered why your struggle is so intense? Your struggle is severe because every ‘seed’ you carry threatens the enemy. Every time you become pregnant, whether it is with child, or purpose, or vision, or an idea, a business plan, a scheme, a proposal, a project, or whatever else it may be, the enemy sees it as an instrument of destruction aimed against him. It was prophesied long ago that we would be the carriers of God’s supernatural weapon that He would use to annihilate the enemy. Why do you think the battle is so intense? Isn’t it amazing that when we choose to do nothing but sit back in ease and comfort, life becomes less of a struggle: that is because you are no longer a threat.

Right throughout Scripture we see the enemy launching aggressive attacks against our ‘seed’ and our ‘fruits’. When God gave birth to ‘Adam’, the enemy went after them. When ‘Adama’ gave birth to Cain and Abel, the enemy pursued them. Pharaoh sought to kill the sons of the Israelites during their slavery period in Egypt. The adversary’s intention was to terminate their lineage and thus put an end to their purpose, which is to ‘crush his head’, (Exodus 1:15-22). Herod did the same thing during the birth of Jesus. In Matthew 2:13, it tells us how the angel of the Lord had to quickly tell Joseph to get up, ‘take the child and His mother, and flee to Egypt… remain there… for Herod is searching for the child, to destroy Him’. People of God, this destructive intention of the enemy is ongoing, and he fights with violence. The target of the enemy is all your ‘first fruits’, not just your children, but also your first morning worship, your prayers, your Bible reading, your time, your money, your service in the Kingdom, your love, your joy, your peace, and your health.

People of God, your ‘seed’ is not ordinary, it is endowed with power to manifest. Whether it be your financial seed; Your service seed; Your prayer seed; Your sacrificial seed: Know this, your seed will intercede on your behalf, your seed will speak for you. A ‘holy seed’ will command your blessing. Thus, the enemy is afraid of your seed because it was designed to bruise and crush his headship. So, I repeat…the enemy is seeking to lay his hands on your seed: to steal it, kill it, and destroy it. If the enemy is unable to destroy your seed, his next option is to pollute, desecrate and defile it, transforming your seed into a weed. Let us allow the Lord to deal with the issues of our hearts (Proverbs 4:23). Oftentimes, a breaking is necessary prior to a purging. Every weed must be destroyed, leaving only a pure seed to intercede on my behalf.

PROPHETIC PRAYER
* Today, I give God thanks for reminding me of who I am. I am a threat to the enemy.
* What I carry has Divine capabilities to annihilate the plans of the enemy.
* What I carry will live and not die.
* What I carry will manifest, it will not be silenced, muzzled, suppressed, controlled, stolen, terminated, harmed, spoiled, soiled, or become contaminated. In Jesus’ Name.
* My ‘first-fruits’ belong to the Lord…all my produce belongs to God, and it will not be stolen. My seed will not be mingled with the enemy’s weed, in Jesus’ Name.
* Lord, let there be a resurrection of my worship, my prayers, my Bible reading, my service, my love, my joy, my peace, my health, my home, my children, my hope, my purpose.
* I believe what the Lord says about me: ‘That He Will Turn My Broken Piece Into His Masterpiece’.
