Acts 12 vs 12-13 Day 17

WORD: ‘When It Is Time To Unlock: Unlock’

Acts 12 vs 12-13 Day 17

Without realising it, Jacob was making his bed on the altar (spiritual doorway) of his grandfather, Abraham. Suddenly, portals began to open, and God’s ‘Covenant Promises’ were reactivated. God remembered His Word to Abraham. When Jacob woke up, he said this has to be the ‘Gateway of Heaven’. Jacob then took the stone he had slept on, pouring oil on it, he sealed God’s promise, right there at the ‘Gate of Heaven’.

Gateways are controlled by ‘territorial spirits’, that is why Abraham built altars everywhere he went. Every altar Abraham built, acted as a sign that he was reclaiming that locality for Yahweh. Abraham walked by faith repossessing territories, rededicating them back to Yahweh: its Rightful, Righteous owner. Thus, Abraham activated a ‘Divine Exchange’. So, how do you get rid of a ‘strong-man’? By striking Covenant with the ‘Strongest Man’: Jesus Christ. This is how we reclaim ‘Kingdom Territories’.

My Sisters and Brothers, I feel compelled to offer a word of caution. There are some ‘doors’ that the Lord has closed for my good, it may be a relationship, a financial transaction, a contract, or even a marital proposal. There are some ‘doors’ that God will not open at this time. David had to spend time with the sheep before he was ready to lead people. Then there are some ‘doors’ that is outside of our jurisdiction (our allocated purpose), for example, if you are standing at the wrong terminal and about to board the wrong aircraft. Hence, the need to keep praying with a discerning heart. People of God, if the Lord says ‘No’, then shut that door. If you are unsure: wait. When God says it is time, walk boldly into your locality and begin to ‘unlock’ the ground below; ‘unlock’ the heights above; ‘unlock’ mountains, hills, sea and plain, commanding your breakthrough to be released. In Jesus’ Name.

PROPHETIC PRAYER
– Father, open my eyes and affirm my Kairos Time. I will not miss my season.
– Father, when You say ‘wait’, let me do so on my knees.
– When You say it’s time to ‘open’, let me not hold back in fear, or apprehension. Like Esther, I will declare, ‘If I perish, I perish, but I am stepping in’. Hallelujah.
– Despite how formidable the wall looks; this is my season to shout: The wall will fall.
– Today, my ‘Lazarus’ will emerge from the tomb. Today, I declare, ‘life’.
– This is my season to ‘arise’. I hear the Lord saying, ‘Talitha Cumi’, Daughter Arise’
